N900 prototype photos

To my surprise, I couldn’t find proper photos of N900 prototype models. As there happens to be one in my drawer, the situation had to be remedied. The most evident visual differences compared to a production model are:

• Shiny camera door instead of black, the hatch is a tiny bit different on the inside too
• It says N00 on the display (instead of N900)
• There’s no text behind the screen and the relief pattern is different
• The standby switch is completely smooth (as opposed to having a little notch on the production model)
• The USB port is gray metal including the stick in the middle
• Power button symbol is painted, not a relief
• Back cover text is painted, not a relief
• The sticker under the battery contains a lot of extras ranging from various codes to warnings like “NOT FOR SALE, PROPERTY OF NOKIA”
• There’s an extra sticker with a barcode and a serial number
• Another sticker saying “FAV 1”
• A tiny orange round sticker
